Ceasar at Daedalus Teks made sure that all my devices were locked down securely and took the time to answer all my questions so that I could make sure they stayed that way. I placed a call to Cesar Garcia with Daedalus Teks bcuz I was concerned there was a problem with my CD drives that were recently replaced. When I spoke to Cesar he graciously took a look at my computer before proceeding with costs & found nothing to be wrong but did validate my concern and explained why they would occur which made a lot of sense. I'm very, very happy with the service and the repair I received. The tech Cesar Garcia was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable he addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. All though the turn around time was very quick I still received a status update which I loved because I got to know a little bit, which put my mind at ease~ Lol! (Kudos) My disc drives were bad like I thought and Cesar did call to confirm such and had the info and cost available when I asked which made the decision to authorize replacement much easier for me. Cesar did a wonderful job, he delivered and hooked my computer back up, showed me the work that was performed & gave me a brief intro on the use of the newly installed programs with explanation. He was very thorough in checking for my concerns as well as the repair itself. My experience with just meeting Cesar Garcia before any work was performed I was confident my computer was in good hands and from that I had already referred a customer to him before getting my computer back. Cesar has been our Tech Support for about the past two weeks and everything has worked great! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what work is needed and how it has been fixed. He is always very personable and has taken the time to help us update our computers to make our office run more efficiently.
